What Constitutes Domestic Violence in Orange County?

"Intentionally or recklessly causing or attempting to cause bodily injury, or placing another person in reasonable apprehension of imminent, Domestic Violence Definedserious bodily injury to himself, herself or another" is the definition of abuse by the California Penal Code.
